• 【6 Color 6 Station Screen Printer+ Materials Kit】The 6 Color 6 Station Screen Printer adopts micro adjustment design. The arms of pallets and frames can rotate 360°. It is popularly used for printing on clothing (especially for T-shirt), metal, paper, plastic, circuit board, wood, glass, ceramic, leather and other plane printing substrates. Note: pallets are included and frames are not included.
• 【With Micro-registration Function】With screws knobs on the arms of the screen printing frame to micro move the frame from side to side or front to back in position matching. The height of the stand is adjustable within 1.6inch by adjusting the feet.
• 【High Stability】On the arm of the pallet, there are locating dent and locating wheels so that the frame can be fixed firmly when printing. When you finish printing, lift the frame and it won’t fall because there is spring to hold it. The tension of the spring can be adjusted according to the weight of different frames.
• 【Size of Pallet & Frame】The size of the pallet is 22×18×0.7inch. The pallet is fixed to the arms by bracket so that the pallet can move 4inch from front to back. The pallet can be moved up and down within 1inch. The screen frame clamp is 11inch in width. It is suitable for screen frame within 1.6inch thick and 24inch wide. The frame clamp can be moved up and down within 2inch according to the height of the substrates. The lifting angle of the frame is adjustable after printing.
